Create your perfect marriage proposal leading up to the moment she says "yes!"
Wedding season is upon us, and for many this brings feelings of panic when we take into account all of the weddings we will be attending. Dress shopping is exciting, but not many of us have the time to carve out of our busy spring schedules. Nicole Miller has a fabulous line of the perfect dress for whatever type of wedding you are attending.
Designer of Women’s fashions, bridal, and accessories, Nicole Miller uniquely combines the ideas of elegance and rebellion to achieve a subtle sexiness that is the essence of modern femininity.
Dance The Night Away
Great Gatsby weddings where busting a move is bound to happen call for dresses with movement. This way you will keep your cool while still being able to boogie all night long! (Navy & Gold Fringe Dress)
Black Tie Soiree
Black tie events are a fun excuse to buy a fancy dress that makes you feel sophisticated. This metallic off the shoulder dress is classy with feminine touches of pleating and sparkle. It can be dressed up with an updo and delicate heels, or dressed down with boots and tousled hair. You really can’t go wrong with either look. (Off the Shoulder Dress)
Casual Beach Wedding
Sand between your toes, crashing waves, a soft coastal breeze. For a beach wedding, you don’t want to feel confined or restrained by your wardrobe choice. This crocheted lace dress is feminine, pretty, and breezy to keep you comfortable, whatever mother nature sends your way. Perfectly paired with a loose boho braid, bun, or tousled waves. (Crinkle Chiffon Dress)
Hors derves, cocktail hour, and towering white tents with crystal chandeliers make for an elegant garden wedding. Match the mood with a feminine floral print that will make you feel like you are ready to attend the Queen’s royal tea party. You can’t go wrong with a sweet and flirty a-line dress in a neutral background with vibrant floral accent colors. (Floral Strapless Dress)
When I think of Washington, D.C., I think of history, and I think most of us do. So this is a perfect city for those that always were on top of their A game in History class, or just love the pretty scenery, because that in itself is a winner.

Catherine actually suggested us to her boyfriend, Francis; so when he called us he had some pretty big expectations of our work! In his questionnaire, Francis said that he knew he wanted to marry Catherine one night while they sat on a porch swing just talking and watching the sunset. Seriously dreamy moment and we knew it was our perfect inspiration. We had a custom wooden swing created with their wedding monogram and the proposal date, then we laced that with tons of beautiful florals. Additionally, we took all of their dream vacation places and put them on atlas paper airplanes and in a bucket to create a literal “travel bucket list”. To top off the garden, whimsical feeling of the proposal we had three window frames with lyrics to their couple song and a musician playing the song in the background. (Yes, “Die A Happy Man” by Thomas Rhett was stuck in my head for a solid month while we planned this proposal.) After she said yes, Catherine’s family came out and surprised her – I love the picture below when she sees them for the first time :)
