When it comes to wedding planning, seating arrangements rank very high in the “most-stressful” category. Not only do you have to find a place for every guest, you have to find the perfect place for every guest, whether it’s Nana who wants to be surrounded by the grand kids, or Uncle Bob who might flirt with your friends after a drink or two. After spending so much time creating the perfect seating plan, the best way to ensure that every guest finds their place is with escort cards.
If you’re not familiar with escort cards, they’re usually located in the front of the reception venue, where guests can find their name and coordinating table number. They then take the cards to their table and, if there are place cards, sit at the spot with their name. If there are not place cards, guests can choose any seat at the table. Luckily, the escort cards we found are pretty enough to not only tell guests their table number, but also to double as their place card.
