When I think of Boston, I think of Fenway Park or cold weather, but after some research, I was quickly intrigued. Boston is home to much of our country’s history and is one of the oldest cities in the United States. Whether you’re a current resident or planning a trip with your significant other, Boston is a gorgeous, historical town with lots of romantic places to get down on one knee.
Here are some locations to think about:
- Boston Public Library at Copley Square
With gorgeous architecture, the Boston Public Library is a jaw-dropper. The building combined is 930,000 of pure gorgeousness, but my favorite would have to be the Reading Room in the McKim Building. And if you even want, this was voted one of the most unique wedding venues in Boston!
- Museum of Science
Say your “under the stars” plan fails because it decides to snow storm. Well, the Museum of Science has got you covered (quite literally). Even though that is just one room, the museum has over 700 interactive exhibits that you could be a part of. Also, you could go outside and do it right on the bank of the Charles River. How stunning?! - Fenway Park
Sports fan? Homerun! How perfect would it be to propose at the famous Fenway Park? This would be the most perfect spot for the sports fan couples! The team only allows 1 proposal per game, which happens at the end of the 5th inning, so make sure to book in advance. Fun fact: There are about 64 proposals at Fenway Park EVERY year.
- Freedom Trail
I have always been a sucker for history, so why not take a stroll on the Freedom Trail and end at Bunker Hill. You’ll get to see 16 different historical sites on the way, and why not give The Yes Girls a call to have a complete set up waiting for you when you arrive!
- Faneuil Hall
Now what a more gorgeous building to have in the backdrop of your proposal? This building is over 250 years old and is absolutely incredible. Located near the waterfront and sitting in the middle of Government’s Center, it’s a crowd pleaser, for sure.
Still lost on where to propose or how to make it all happen? Make sure to contact The Yes Girls to make it 110% perfect.
