Proposals don’t get much sweeter than Celestino’s. Not only was he one of the greatest guys to work with, he is head over heals in love with his beautiful bride to be, Patty. The idea was inspired by her love for dancing, so he ditched the expected proposal dinner and went to Spotlight Dance Studio in Sacramento.

One of Patty’s favorite hobbies is dancing, especially with her man, so he planned an evening for salsa dancing. As they walked up to the studio, Celestino “conveniently” left his phone in the car, so he ask her to go check them in. When she entered there was no one in the studio, just a beautiful dance floor with flower petal arrows guiding Patty to the photos on easels. Each photo was draped and covered with her favorite color fabric. The dance floor was adorned with lavender candles and pinkish roses in tall flute vases to enhance the ambiance. Since Patty LOVES surprises, covering the photos added the extra surprise factor.

The photos took Patty on a journey from their past to her future. Each photo had a little note that shared explaining why the memory is so significant to Celestino. For example, he had a photo of the church they wanted to wed in and the Eiffel tower as a promise to take her to Paris. However, the true gem was the last frame, which was a photo of Celestino down on one knee in the dance studio. That’s when he came through the door and ask her to marry him.

We hired photographer, Alexandra Sommerfeldt, to hide and capture the whole show. Amazing job!

They ended the perfect engagement with a private dance lesson and a surprise engagement party at their favorite restaurants Todo un Poco. And this is why I love what I do. Celestino’s response, “WOW! You have made this experience stress free for me and I would highly recommend you to anyone. Thanks for everything once again.” It was our pleasure! Happy marriage you two.

Love,
