Good morning! Before we dive into an adorable proposal I want to wish one of my best friends Noelle a very happy birthday. She is in Thailand with the Peace Corps and although I miss her like crazy I’m so proud of her. Noelle I thought you would enjoy this proposal story. I love that we have being romantics in common and I can’t wait for you to come home!

There are not many in the spotlight proposals like Jack and Karrie’s. Karrie had no idea she was walking into her own world of stardom when she went on a date to a broadway show. This is the stuff romance is made of and their love story belongs in a movie! Which is exactly what we played off to help Jack create the perfect proposal.

Right as the show ended Jack urgently excused himself to the restroom as the crowd applauded the actors. He blamed it on his bladder but had an ulterior motive. After the curtains closed, a helpful theater employee found Karrie and asked to escort her out the doors because Jack was not permitted back inside the theater. As she walked through the double doors she stepped right onto…a red carpet just for her! The red carpet was blocked with stanchions, movie posters and cheering strangers lining the permitters all encouraging Jack who was waiting at the end of the carpet on one knee! It get’s better too. The movie posters were all romantic films placed on easels and each contained one of the words to spell out “KARRIE” “WILL” “YOU” “MARRY” “ME?” For example, “YOU” was highlighted in the movie poster “P.S. I Love YOU”. It was a stunning “she said yes!” Congrats again Karrie and Jack!
