A Ritz-Carlton Oceanfront Proposal on the Bluffs
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Southern California. Because the view is already so dramatic, we kept the design soft and garden-inspired so the ocean could stay the star.
The Set Up
First, we chose The Deluxe design from our Standard Proposal Package. Lush, garden-style florals in soft ivory, blush and lavender sat on modern acrylic pedestals overlooking the water.
Next, glowing candlelight and delicate white rose petals created a dreamy aisle to the proposal spot. Finally, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot waited on ice for the celebration.
The Proposal
As the sun cast a golden glow across the coastline, he surprised her with the question of a lifetime. She said “yes,” and he lifted her into a hug right there among the candles.
Afterwards, the couple popped the champagne and soaked in uninterrupted views of the California coast together.
In the end, our team planned and carried out every detail so the couple could simply enjoy the moment. That is exactly what a Ritz-Carlton oceanfront proposal should feel like: effortless, elegant and completely theirs.
