I saw some of the cutest little kid (and even dog) costumes this weekend in Carmel. I fell in LOVE with that town. I hope you all had a fun halloween but now it’s time to kick off November and we’re sharing another incredible “she said yes!” Steve is a huge extravert so when it came to his proposal, he couldn’t create anything short of a public display of affection. This can be tricky to keep intimate but with the help of Steve’s disc jockey and video talent, his proposal to Becka was the perfect mix of fun loving.

When Becka arrived at one of their favorite parks, Steve was already prepped and ready to pop the question. She walked up to the patio and there was Steve behind his portable dj booth. After a cheerful welcome, he asked her to check out a new video. Imagine a live music mix, along with improv comments by Steve on the mic that coordinated with a film completely dedicated to Becka! With the help of his co-workers he customized a video full of promises to her, inside jokes, favorite movie clips and photos. He even added some footage of their families giving their blessings and best wishes since they were out of state.

At the end, with a cheering crowd who had gathered as the video played, he asked Becka to be his wife. What an endearing way to start married life. Thanks for allowing the Yes Girls to be apart of your proposal and congrats again Steve and Becka!

Love,
