Happy 2013! We are so excited about the new proposals, love stories and adventures 2013 holds but as we over here at The Yes Girls make our goals for this next year, I wanted to take time to recap some of our favorite memories from 2012.
1. Added another Yes Girl to the world (aka our team)!
We snatch up Elie Pitts, our Dallas Yes Girl, in August after watching her flawlessly assist Lindsay with her day of wedding coordination!
2. Lindsay got hitched!
Thankful for not only the ability to work with some of my closest friends but to witness and be a part of their journey through and through.
3. From Proposal to Wedding Clients…Santa Fe Wedding
Kendall and Heather flew to Santa Fe to plan a wedding for a proposal client. We were so grateful to see Maria and Joseph’s engagement story from literally start to finish! Oh and the details of this wedding were to die for PLUS I love traveling so this was quite the weekend. Photos coming soon!
4. Reached a milestone goal!
When I started The Yes Girls, formerly known as Simply U Events and Proposals, in 2009, I made some rather big goals for myself and the company at the time and on December 28, 2012 I got to check one off the bucket list just in time for New Years! Here is a sneak peak from an incredible $10K proposal!
5. Planned a NYC proposal from California in less than 24 hours just in time for the ball drop!
Now that’s the way to end 2012 with a bang! Cheers to all of 2012’s “yeses”.
