The one thing we noticed about Scott immediately is that he’s a true romantic. Scott expresses his love to Joelle through words and letters so when it came to his marriage proposal, WORDS meant everything! With that said, I’m going to cut right to the chase. Most marriage proposal stories I’m all about sharing the nitty gritty details that go into each one because I don’t want any intentional characteristic to go unnoticed.
