Sunflower and Love Ballads Marriage Proposal in Napa

Amit and Serena’s proposal was inspired by her love of deeply romantic fairy tales, sunshine, and love ballads.  During their trip to Napa, Amit scheduled a private driver to take them on a day-long winery tour to really experience all that Napa has to offer.  Their first stop was at Beringer Vineyards, where they tasted several wines and learned about the history of the vineyards.  About half way through the tour, they were lead to a gorgeous, private patio with a stunning brick fireplace. In front of the fireplace, four planter boxes with tall, white wildflowers created an aisle that gave way to three more planter boxes, with beautiful sunflowers popping out to play off her love of the sun.  Each planter box had a sign with a line to the ballad “You Are the Sunshine of My Life.”  After Serena said “YES!” to spending forever with Amit, they spent the rest of the day winery-hopping at Napa’s finest.
