When Aaron started planning my proposal with Heather the first thing he told her was “she loves peonies and hydrangeas”. My man knows me well! The sure-fire, quickest way to my heart is a fresh flower arrangement! Heather took that to heart and absolutely dazzled with the fresh flowers for our proposal! I was handed a pink peony bouquet right when I walked into the backyard and the whole set up was covered in pink and white peonies, hydrangeas, ranunculus, and dahlias! There were even a couple of flower balls hanging from trees nearby – and a chandelier made of fresh flowers too! OH SO BEAUTIFUL!
Another thing that is really important to Aaron and I is our faith. We met at a church event and being active members of our church family is something we value very highly! So Aaron framed a beautiful bible verse (that perfectly matched the color scheme of the proposal) from an etsy store and had it on the table with my flower arrangement and the baseball that I shared yesterday!
