Brayden and Karly have been together since high school and he actually asked her out in a note! So, for their proposal, we brought back that note-loving-memory and really played into Karly’s love of words of affirmation! On their trip to Napa, we set up seven (one for each year they’ve been together) barrels to create an aisle leading to a shaded pond. On top of each barrel was a note from Brayden reminiscing about the memories from that year, a picture also from that year, and a bunch of her favorite flowers – gerbera daisies! The last barrel had a curtain of daisy chains hanging behind it and when they got to that space, Brayden pulled out the note that asked Karly to be his girlfriend seven years ago! Then he got down on one knee and used a note to ask her to become his wife!
