There are almost no words for how gorgeous Sal and Maria’s Private Dinner Beach Proposal in Westhampton was last weekend. It was so stunning, that we just couldn’t wait to share the details! Sal came to us with the idea of having a private chef come out to his Westhampton Beach house to celebrate his girlfriend’s birthday. She was already expecting the dinner, but she had no idea that their weekend getaway would transport them straight to Italy (one of her favorite destinations!) The set up consisted of a table underneath a birch structure, and covered in Italian ruscus, lemon leaf, and real lemons (along with glowing string lights).
A beautiful ombre table centerpiece added in the bright colors that Maria loves! A live violinist played music to the side of the setup to add even more romance to the setting (if that’s even possible!) We hired an amazing private chef to create an Italian-themed dinner just for the two of them, and while Maria thought it was just for her birthday, she had another surprise coming! When the chef presented them with a menu, each course with a sweet word of affirmation to describe Maria.
The Proposal
As he got to the dessert, the words “Marry Me” cued Sal to get on one knee. With the crashing waves and sunset behind them, he asked Maria to marry him! This whole proposal came together in just two weeks, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how gorgeous the event was for these two special people! Congratulations Sal and Maria, we are so happy for you!
