A Love’s Masterpiece

One of our past clients is a very talented artist and had yet to paint his girlfriend a painting. Megan always hoped he would paint her something special, so he found the perfect moment to paint her. He decided to take Megan to her favorite park in town. We created hanging lanterns and various decorations for him to hang from “their” tree in the park, which was her favorite spot to picnic and relax together. When Megan walked up, there was a canvas covered with a sheet. He said, “I have something I’ve been working on and I hope you can help me make the finishing touches.” She was not an artist by any means, so at this point she had did not understand how she could help. When she lifted the sheet, the painting was of that exact spot, where she was standing in the park. He explained by her saying “yes,” to his next question his artwork would be complete. Of course, that is when he proposed.  Needless to say, the painting is now hanging in their apartment to remind her of that special day.

What I love about his proposal is not just the sweet idea, but how he left her with a gorgeous keepsake from that incredible moment. There is nothing like a sentimental gift you can keep forever. We love it!
