Okay I have to admit, I have been obsessed with ribbon this year. Every time we start talking about decorations for a proposal or shower I think, “now where am I going to put ribbon in this”? It’s just such a great way to add color and textures to any space without going over-board on expensive fabrics or lighting! So when I started decorating my new home office a month ago I knew ribbon would somehow be incorporated, but I just had to figure out where. Then I found this fun burlap ribbon at Hobby Lobby! I know we shared Heather’s black, white and teal office a couple of weeks ago, and I’m sure we will eventually share mine, but just to give you a taste- it’s black, teal and pink!
Anyway, I have this long awkwardly large wall in my office and had no idea what I wanted to do with it until I spotted this burlap ribbon. Then the idea of my very own inspiration board came into mind. Who needs Pinterest when you have ribbon and paper clips?
