Proposing for Vow Renewals?

With summer comes weddings, and not just first time weddings, weddings for couples renewing their vows. If you are planning a ceremony to renew your vows, first let us send a warm congrats to you and your loved one! May you fall in love deeper everyday.

I found something very interesting last week as I was chatting with a friend. She mentioned that not only do couple’s renew their vows but their husbands will re-propose. It may seem a little odd at first, but I thought how perfect that you get another opportunity to create the proposal of her dreams. So if you happened to drop the ball your first go around, it’s clearly alright because obviously something is working, but why not put in a little extra thought this time  to create a purposeful and romantic proposal? Proposing in the past tended to be over dinner, during a casual stroll or a car ride.  There wasn’t much thoughtfulness embedded into the proposal so I just keep thinking, now they can! Your wife is most likely not going to expect it and it’s the perfect way to ask her to renew your vows together. Now that’s an action with romance written all over it.
