There are so many options for Save The Dates and when you’re just starting out your wedding planning adventure, it’s nice to know where to begin. Here are a few Save The Dates examples we love and where you can find them! Enjoy.
Lift Ticket ~ Save The Date
This was Kyle’s and my Save The Date for our wedding at Empire Canyon Ski Lodge in Park City, UT. We scanned an original lift ticket and used photoshop to recreate the content and photo. Lucky for us, his mom is a pro at photoshop so we received some extra help. We just took the jpeg file to a local printing company, printed them in bulk, and added the zip ties for the final touch. It totally saved on costs and it is still one of my favorite things we did for our wedding.
Photo Booth ~Save The Date
Robin and Cody used photos from when he proposed (in a photo booth) for their Save The Date. Once again, Photoshop and Illustrator are great tools to design your cards and it saves you on cost. If you don’t feel too computer savvy, Shutterfly has many options for a photo booth design for about $1.29 a card.
Personalized Magnet ~ Save The Date
Carrie and Casey’s Save The Date was not only economical and practical, but also introduced their wedding colors and style. Carrie designed and personalized their Save The Date magnet with Magnet Street, which has a handful of different designs.
Chronological Photo Book~ Save The Date
Dottie and Jordan’s adorable DIY Save The Date incorporated a timeline of photos from all the years they’ve been dating. It’s mini photo album for their guests to enjoy!
