The Bachelorette: Mountain Town Date Ideas

The Bachelorette: Mountain Town Date Ideas

Last week was hometown’s on The Bachelorette, and I have to say it is always my favorite episode (I love seeing all the different hometowns and lifestyles) well..besides the big finale marriage proposal of course!

Jef is one of our favs, not only because what he wrote to Emily was like a proposal in itself, but I’m biased to Utah (I got married in Park City, Utah at Empire Canyon Ski Lodge). That being said, here are a couple fun date ideas to do with your love in a mountain town!

The Bachelorette The Bachelorette The Bachelorette

1. ATVing in the back woods! Pack a few sandwiches and head out for an adventurous day in the mountains via ATVing. Yeah you might not look super cute in a helmet (who does?!) but the adrenaline rush is worth it for sure.

2. Spend the day going down a lazy river where you can have quality conversation and listen to your favorite tunes.

3. Horseback riding and a country style picnic…um, anytime a girl can put on her cowgirls boots and eat yummy food, we’re in!

On the slim chance that guys read this post today, if you need an example for your proposal speech or a captivating anniversary letter, take a few pointers from The Bachelorette‘s Jef from his Meant To Be letter to Emily.

Even if you aren’t a Bachelorette or Jef fan you have to find that pretty stinking cute right?!
