The Proposal Details
Naveen wanted something totally unique and completely custom to him and his love, Nikitha. After sharing memories of him and Nikitha traveling miles to try out different dessert spots all over California, The Yes Girls knew exactly what to do. They began planning a proposal perfect for this couple full of their sweet memories and all the little details the two share from their years together.
The focal point of this proposal was beautiful gold and white shelving adorned with rust and coral colored florals and all the sweet details. Each shelf held a different dessert, a favorite of Naveen and Nikitha, and a memory significant to their relationship. Framed photos from their 8 years together were surrounded by: a globe representing their past and future travel, Diwali candles from the festival they attended together in college, A Walk To Remember, her favorite book, and the final detail, custom wine glasses cueing Naveen to get down on one knee.
Candles matching the floral color scheme and varying height candles wrapped in twinkle lights added warmth and dimension for a romantic setting.
This gorgeous and custom set up with all the sweet treats and sweet memories awaited the couple for their post-proposal celebration with family and friends.
The Proposal
Nikitha was brought to the winery with her friends thinking it was an ordinary day of wine tasting. They began touring the beautiful grounds when she was led to to a nervous Naveen awaiting her arrival. 
Hand-in-hand, he led her to their shelves of sweet memories. They reminisced on all the love they have shared together the past 8 years, exploring each item. Once Naveen led Nikitha to the final detail, custom wine glasses stating “Eight years down…forever to go,” that was his cue!
Naveen got down on his knee, pulled out the ring from his box sock and asked the big question. She said “Yes!” We are so happy we got to be such a big part of this special day. Congratulations Naveen and Nikitha!
